Ganzenhof West Country Cider, a special reserve bottling, is for true cider lovers.  Made from a blend of classic UK West Country cider apples rarely grown in Belgium, including Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Harry Masters Jersey and Sweet Coppin, Ganzenhof West Country is dry, richly tannic, and aromatic with a deep gold color.   Fermented with only the wild yeasts naturally occuring on the apples, our West Country cider is bottle conditioned and lightly sparkling.  This is an intense cider to savour with hard cheese or chocolate!  Alcohol 6.5% by volume.
